By using mainnet.elysiumeco.xyz (“Elysium Eco”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we are

Elysium Eco is an independent, community-run website about Elysium. We are not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Kinetiq, the Elysium team or Hyperliquid. When we work with a project, we say so on the site.

2. A beta, on a private mainnet

This site is a beta. It shows data from Elysium's mainnet, which is still private and not officially launched. Tokens there can lose all their value. The numbers we show come from public blockchain data and our own node: they can be late, incomplete or wrong, and some projects or tokens may be missing.

3. Not financial advice

Everything on the site is for information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A project or token listed on the site is not a recommendation, and we don't check their contracts or their teams. Crypto is risky and you can lose everything: do your own research.

4. Projects, tokens and links

We list projects and tokens and link to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for their products, their tokens or what happens when you use them. A token's name, picture, description and links are set by its creator and can imitate someone else. Scams exist: always check addresses and links before you sign anything.

5. Referral links and partners

Some links on the site are referral links: when you use them, we may receive a share of the fees you pay. It costs you nothing extra. Ascend is our partner.

6. Your wallet

This site has no sign-in and never asks you to connect a wallet or sign anything. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

7. The site itself

The site is provided “as is”. It can have bugs, go down, or change. We can change or stop any feature at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including trading losses, decisions based on information shown here, or the actions of third-party projects.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
